Dynamic Warm Up - take the first 10-12 min. of every class

  • take the first 10-12 minutes of every movement session to warm up using this resource
  • these skills can be practiced daily in the  classroom or to warm up for a vigorous session in the gym
  • you will need a small space and an agility ladder ( in your classroom would be ideal)
  • the warm up routine consists of moments to build stamina, reduce risk of injury, and improve balance and agility
